Yesterday, after seeing how Joe Scarborough took out his KO anger on Shuster, I was going to come in here and type up a good long diary with links and videos. A diary filled with history and facts of the way Joe S. conducts himself on MSNBC.
I didn't watch him this morning. Decided to log into Kos, and saw the diary on the rec list discussing Joe's racist ass remark made this morning.
So because of the urgency of NOW, I wont be making a fancy diary with with videos and links.
What I really want to do is ask the great minds on Kos, does anyone know how we can get him booted off the air. Get him the boot, or at least get him repremanded?
Joe, Pat B, and Tucker know how to turn a good MSNBC analysis, into a fist fight with me and my television.
Scarborough presses his luck the most out of allthree though. He pushes the line all too often and takes things too personal. As a result, we the viewers end up getting upset as he tells us how he REALLY feels. He refuses to keep it professional. Yesterday with him getting personal, talking about Shuster sleeps in or something like that. That was just ridiculous! I felt like I was at the lunch table in highschool.
Even if you dont watch him, you are going to hear about what he did to Rachel on Race for the White House, what he does to Mika when she disagrees with him on Morning Joe, what he did to Shuster yesterday on Morning Joe, and how he came at KO when KO told him to get a shovel (haha classic). There is no way around hearing about what he does.
So the best way to remedy it, is to eliminate it.
Okay with all of that outta my system, what can we do? How effective is a petition? Are the things he does, especially todays racist remarks, reasons that validate an outside group to take action?
Im not familiar with the process of getting things heard and/or getting results. So I am asking for your help in a brainstorm.
PS:You know whats funny? I am new to politics. I started getting involved in the primaries, a week before my time to vote (2/5). I used to watch all 3 news channels (FOX, CNN, MSNBC) but learned real fast that I had to minimize it to MSNBC.
The funny part is I used to ALWAYS get Joe and Hannity mixed up...imagine that!
